Bad newsletter day 21:17 on Friday
Today was bad newsletter day — Finnair sent me this beauty:
I’ve written about Finnair’s newsletters before, and during all these years I’ve subscribed, I’m yet to receive the first letter that doesn’t break somehow. They just don’t seem to get things right. The latest is one more example in a string of bad ones.
Another newsletter mishap came from Freshbooks:
