Never assume information finds its way 22:55 on Wednesday
Let’s say we work for the company FezDesign, on a project for the company GadgetMakerz. FezDesign has sold a great Flash Application to GadgetMakerz, and we are to do the actual work of coding that app.
Lesson of the day:
Any information we have given to FezDesign concerning the development of the project — features, constraints, restraints, risks, requirements, anything — has to be communicated again as soon as new stakeholders get involved in the project.
Never assume the essential information automatically gets to the people who need to know.
