Designing non-pleasurable products 14:04 on Wednesday

University of Art and Design Helsinki is arranging a workshop meeting called Designing Pleasurable Products and Interfaces 2007. Great, except the registration page only lists fees, not how or where you’re supposed to pay. There’s also a program schedule, which is there more to mislead than inform, because another page says student workshops have been cancelled, in effect altering the schedule. There’s info on how to get there, but it boggles my mind who would ever need that info if there’s no way to register. To finish off this very non-pleasurable web interface, links to send feedback, ask questions, or contact the organizing party are nowhere to be found.

Would you trust these people to deliver world-class, must-have information on how to design user experiences?
